1. All consultations are free. We meet, or telephone conference and email, to discuss your visions for your project. We select a package that fits your needs. We are interested in hearing your stories and seeing your pictures at this meeting—tell us about you!

2. Where we go from here depends on the package you choose:

Premium Package: After our initial meeting, we obtain print bids according to your ideas for the final book form. Our next meeting is to discuss these bids, answer questions, and sign a contract. You will receive more information about the details of the process. We walk with you through manuscript development and professional editing. We design and typeset samples of the interior of the book and tweak it according to your tastes and budget, then complete the design and typesetting. We design a cover with your okay. Everything will go through proofreading. We get more current bids and together choose a printer. We prepare a package to send to the printer and oversee the process. Throughout this time we also are all working closely together to plan a marketing campaign.

Family Memento Packages: We offer several levels of Memento Packages from the Basic Book Package (10 copies, up to 250 pages, black interior, black & white pictures throughout, soft cover in color, perfect bound or coil bound, 5.5 X 8.5 inches), to the smaller Chapbook Package (15 copies, up to 50 pages, full color, soft cover, saddle-stitched, 5.5 X 8.5 inches). Dimensions and particulars can be changed to a custom design. For the Memento book package, after our initial meeting, we will guide you through organizing the manuscript and pictures for the project. We will lightly edit your project according to your tastes, typeset and design a sample of your project for your okay, then complete the typesetting and design, proofread, and go to print.

Partial Service Packages: You want to develop the project on your own, but wish to hire our professional services in one or more of the following areas: editing, typesetting and design, prep for the printer, or cover design.
